Adobe After effects Quits after I move the navigation bar

When I open one of my adobe after effect projects, it opens, and when I move the navigation bar it immediately crashes, I tried restarting my computer, nothing happened then I reinstalled it still it happened every time. Is this because I imported to much files into my project? Or is it just a bug? I'm using Mac OS Catalina

1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?

3. Is it crashing with every project or just this particular one?
