What's wrong with the latest version of After Effects? It crashes randomly during I work: I can't play my animation, I can't add effects-it crashes all the time. How to figure it out? And why this release is soo bad?

Is it showing any crash report? Try uninstalling third-party plug-ins if you're using any. If that doesn't help, try resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-...
