AE 2020 Renders Significantly Slower than AE2019 on MacOS.

iMac Pro base model. Latest MacOS. 

Rendering the same project from After Effects to Adobe Media Encoder.

In the 2019 release of After Effects, it renders in around 13 minutes. 
In the latest 2020 release of After Effects, it renders in around 22 minutes. 

 

13 minutes vs 22 minutes. This is horrid. Especially when I have a batch of 30 videos to export, this is HOURS of render time down the tubes if I use AE2020. What the heck is going on, Adobe...

This is one of the many benefits AE users get with a CC subscription:  "Perpetual access to Adobes most recent and advanced technologies"   :joking:    You just have to do the best you can.  Use a third party renderer or switch to a native Apple app.   Don't expect the momentum to shift anytime soon, Adobe is too "big" to change direction.
