Hi Everyone
Whenever i finish rendering a video and then play it on mobile itbecoes very small and not good enough to watch.

Is there a specific settings for mobiles to be done before rendering?

Use the standard HD frame size and a common frame rate. Use the YouTube of Vimeo preset that matches your comp frame size (1920 X 1080 is best). Render and you should be good to go. Custom comp sizes and custom render settings are only for experts with a clear understanding of video formats, standards, and playback devices.  

 

If you are sharing on YouTube or Vimeo or any other streaming service, you have to give them footage that matches their standards and wait for them to compress the full resolution versions of your file that they will serve up over the internet.

No, there is no specific mobile setting. 

 

For best results, meet the recommended video settings of the player app, or mobile OS in general (iOS, Android, whatever).

 

If the video quality isn't the issue, keep in mind that you have a way smaller screen on mobile. If mobile is your target plattform, you might have to create "mobile friendly" visuals - just like websites have a mobile and a desktop version.
