AE CC 2019 to AE CC 2020 Compression source is not supported

Hi I have just updated my AE CC from 2019 to 2020 and when I open any old AE CC 2019 projects I get error messages: Compression source is not supported... The project has .mp4's and .mov's in H264 codecs.

 

Please let me know what the work around is. If I need to recompress the footage it's a real nightmare.
