Hi fernandoc92284863,

Sorry for your issue. We'd love to help you out.

Is it crashing with the new projects (created in 17.1.4) or only with the files created in the previous version? Also, what happens if you try to import your existing project into a new one?

Let us know, we're here to help.

Thanks,

Nishu

@nishu_kush   I'm having a very similar problem with the new update.  AE is taking forever to open, and when it does, it will eventually freeze and crash after about 5mins of work.  What is going on??

All projects have been created in this current version of AE.

Yesterday i downloaded AE to a NEW computer, I opened a project i couldn't open in my old macbook, it worked perfect, i closed it and went to sleep... today i tried opening the same project to continue working on it... can't even open it, it crashes and creates a second backup project that won't open either... I NEED TO WORK, PLEASE HELP.

I'm getting the same crashes. It's happened when trying I've tried to open two older projects. And crashes when I import them into a fresh project as well. If I don't try to accept the comps its fine. But as soon as it tries to open a comp - bam.

Confirmed that it's only with CC2020. CC2019 was perfectly fine.
