ae warning： unknown exception

Today I found that my AE can't work, and when I open it every times it always warning:unknown exception.

I have uninstalled many times and installed this warning, never knowing how to solve it.

I don't know where was wrong, so I want to ask for someone to help me.

Hello i have the same problem

after effects warning unknown exception

I made the update after effects 2020 (17.1.3)

and each time i open a new project and try to edit a text i have this message.

What what i have to do ?
