after crash, after effect open my file but there is only works 7 day before

Hello,I'm mac user.

I was working on animation

(assets - psd sequence files and png files are mixed) 

My .aep file is crashed. when i push ctrl-z a lot.

and after effect is down.

after that. When i re-opend, every files i made crashed and after effect show only files of first works (7 days ago)

 -

So i try to open my file one day before ( using time capsule )

but every file looks same. 

Is there any way i can open my file again?
