I just installed After Effect 2020 recently, and try to open the program.

However "After Effects Alert" keep appear as the capture below.

I have tried to re-install & tried some methord in adobe support commuity.

But I can't follow as the location of the files can't find the specific program in the path.

Hope I could solve the problem & enjoy after effect.

Thankyou so much!

Are you using third party plugins? Have you tried to remove the preferences before launching AE? Follow these steps:

Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching After Effects. You can release the Alt or Option key when the splash screen appears.

To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Control-Shift-Alt (Windows) or Command-Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the keys when the splash screen appears.
