i am using Nvidia GTX1050 Ti or Nvidia RTX 2060 super 

but not to show after effect cc 2020 Cuda Core

If you are using them concurerently in the same system, this will never work. This doesn't even have anything to do with AE,  it's a general limiation of using heterogenous card configurations. An RTX card has different requirements than a GTX 1050, which in itself never reliably supported AE's CUDA implementation due to being a gaming card with a specific shader unit and memory layout that's not compatible. Nothing you can do.
