After Effects 17.0.5 Not Importing Photoshop Composition Layers

Before 17.0.5, I did simply IMPORT in After Effects, selected my file, and got a dialoue asking if I want to import flat or all layers. What happened to that function? It's not working now.

Thanks for any help out there! Hope everyone is healthy and well.
