My project corrupted with the last update. In the end my render settings did not match my project in Cinema 4D lite. I suddenly had a single frame project in After Effects. I kept checking the project settings in Cinema 4D lite which kept changing. It was set to 60 frames and suddenly reverted to 30 frames.
I could not find the problem at first then I found it under Render settings in Cinema 4D, it had the render length from frame 120 to frame 120.
All fixed I think. Just posting this in case others have the same problem. At one point though I had the Cinema 4D project set to 60 FS and After Effects was loading it like it was 30 FS so it was twice as long as it was supposed to be. Sometimes these 2 programes are not playing nice with each other.
