If you're on a PC, the default Lossless format is avi. 
If you're on a Mac, the answer is more complicated, because that's not a format that Macs will be able to create without third-party solutions. (Nothing to do with Adobe.)

You can use a Render Queue and choose Lossless mode or send the composition to AME and choose the settings there.
