Hello I'm new to after effects, so I was going to go through the learning part of the program, and every time I try to it just freezes (The wheel comes up)

But when I go to premiere i can load the learning part of the software easily without any issues

Does it crash when you open the Learn panel or when you try to open the project files provided with the tutorials? Does it show any error message? If yes, please share a screenshot or screen recording so that we can understand the issue better.

Nope, that didn't work. I still get the same message, then i restarted my laptop and it worked fine
