After Effects Crashing Issue - Trying to Troubleshoot

Hey All, 

I have been working on this project for a couple weeks and out of no where today, AE crashes about every few minutes while working on this file. 

I'm not sure if I have a corrupt file or what is going on. 

- AE is up to date

- I have a macbook pro 16 in, with up to date OS

- 32GB RAM

- 1TB storage (with plenty of room)

What I have done:

- cleared all RAM and CACHE 

- Purged RAM

- Restated and updated macbook. 

Below is a screenshot of the beginning of the crash log. If more info is needed I will do my best to provide it, but I really.... really need to get this file back. 

If it is the file, is there anyway I can transfer my current project to a new one?

Your image link is botched, so no dice. You need to try again or provide it externally. Sometimes this forum is just having a bad day and won't handle attachments correctly...

Sorry for the crash issue with After Effects. We'd need more information so that we can troubleshoot the issue properly.

1. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?
2. Did you create this project in the current version of the previous one (17.1.3)?
3. Please share the complete crash report so that we can try to find the exact reason of crash.

We're here to help, just need more info.
