After Effects does not show which font is missing at start up

The missing font warning window is blank. It does not display what fonts are missing.  I am using AE 15.1.2 with creative cloud fonts.  I am also unable to check Sync from Typekit and Get from Typekit in the resolve fonts window.  Is anyone else having this problem or know a solution?
