After effects error: Cached preview needs 2 or more frames to playback

This error is related to my computer hardware or Operating system or from the application or from the design I am making please help me on this.

Hi there,

I'm having the same issue. Recently I've purchased Stardust particle. After applying simple particle effect on just one solid layer, I'm getting an error message "Cached preview need 2 or more frames to playback"

I'm using 15.1.2 AE on windows 8 with (8 GB RAM)

-> I've cleaned cache & memory, purge etc. but there is no change.

Could you please guide me how to resolve the issue?
