After Effects Export Markers as Chapter Markers when exporting to MPEG2-DVD

I've got a composition comtaining several markers that I want to use in Adobe Encore.
When I export that composition as MPEG2-BluRay, all the markers show up and are recognized by Encore.

But when I export to MPEG2-DVD, there are no markers.

Is there a way to tell After Effects to include these markers or is this a limitation of the MPEG2-DVD format or Encore itself?

Thanks

Yes it is a limitation of the video format.

It’s easiest to just to

export or build your discs out of Encore.
