After Effects is not working

Erro message : After Effects operation cannot continue. Unable to load Common Extensible Platfrom (CEP) product family. You may need to reinstall.

I'm using a Mac. After Effects will not be executed. When I run, an erro message appears and a crash report appears. I've deleted the After Effects and re-installed it, but it dosent;t work. Help me please.....

Did you also try a reset of After Effects preferences?

Press Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) while the application is starting.
A dialog box launches asking you if you want to delete your preferences file. Click OK.
