After Effects keeps crashing almost every 30 minutes

My after effects keeps crashing almost every 30 minutes and gives me the following error.

After Effects 17.1.4
Mac OS: Catalina 10.15.6
I am unable to retrieve the crashing log.
I am in need of your help.

Same issue. Adobe says everytime to rollback to previous version. It's the same answer every time. Every issue. Every crash.

They have to fix this problem of crashes. As soon as possible.
