After effects preview lagging

I have trouble with the preview window and audio signal its preview like slow-motion video and audio as well.

I hope you will get me a solution for this, time is ticking for me and I don't really know what to do with this.

You additionally need to mention your specification of PC like CPU, GPU, memory size, SSD type, version of After Effects, etc.
