After effects preview problem

Hi, I have After effects 17.1.1 installed
Sometimes when I try to make a preview by pressing the space key, the reader head doesn't move and after several attempts I have to restart the application to make it work again...

This problem only occurs since I have the last version.
Is it a problem of this version or just mine?

Your system resources may be low. Try Purging everything using the Edit/Purge/Media and Disk Cache menu.

Did you try what Rick suggested? Did it help? If not, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)? Also, do you get this issue with all the projects or it's random?

Hello, I've tried and the problem is not solved.
I have to close and reopen After Effects to fix it...
The problem is still there.
These are the specifications of my computer:

Processor:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz BOX

Motherboard:
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WIFI

RAM:
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 32GB 2x16GB CL16

Video card:
Zotac Gaming GTX 1660 SUPER Twin Fan 6GB GDDR6

HDD:
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB SSD NVMe M.2 (for OS and Software)

Samsung 860 EVO Basic SSD 1TB SATA3 (for AE cache)
