While i'm previewing my composition it's running smootly, but after i render it and i watch it back in my documents, the video slows its self down and becomes out of sync with the audio. Can anyone help?

My first guess, you used the default Lossless preset in the Output Module in the Render Cue and rendered a file that is not designed or intended for playback. Check the User Guide and look for tutorials on how to set up your renders.

Thanks for replying, but i have been editing on After Effects for months now and nothing like this has happened before. Although, do you think it could maybe be something to do disk space?
