After Effects Stuck In 'Fast Forward'

Hey!

I am currently using After Effects 2020, along with various plugins.

Every single clip and audio is stuck in fast forward. Even projects I haven't touched in a couple of months. I've tried force quitting, and restarting my computer, but nothing is helping. 

If you know something that could help me out, please let me know.

Double-check the settings in your Preview panel. You may have inadvertently changed the playback frame rate, which would then be showing everything faster (or slower) than it actually is. Also note that you can have different settings for different hotkeys here, so make sure you're adjusting the settings for the one you're actually using.
