After Effects won't launch, empty warning window

I just transistioned to a new laptop and installed the creative cloud. All the other apps are working just fine but after effects won't launch for some reason. I only get this peculiar warning message and thats it.

Is anybody familiar with this issue?

Problem solved!

 

I had to disable UTF-8 in my Region Settings.

Sorry for your issue. I see that After Effects is crashing when you try to open it.

Hi Nishu, thanks for the reply!

 

I updated windows, my graphics drivers were up to date already but I reinstalled them just to be save. Still the same problem even if I run as Admin.

 

My specifications:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 3GB

RAM: 16 GB

OS: Windows 10 Home (64 Bit) Version 1909

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15 7590

I also tried completely removing all CC applications using the Cleaner Tool and then only installing After Affects without using the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

 

This time I got these:
