After Effects won´t start / error (23::46)

Hello guys,

i would appreciate some help.

Two days ago I downloaded the Adobe Cloud and dowloaded several apps aswell as After Effects.

After Effects is the only app that won´t load or start , I just get an error notification and the app shuts down.

I already downloaded older versions of After Effects but I always have the same problem.

Does anyone have a clue or can send me some guidelines?
