Impossible to know without exact details about your projects and equally exact system info. From "bad" footage to using incompatible effects this could be anything. Likewise it could be related to font issues or hardware acceleration problems. Again, we simply can't know. Context matters and those error codes are meaningless by themselves.

I had the same error and it was caused by a mask on a solid. AE was not able to render one particular frame so i deleted all keyframes of the mask on that frame. That somehow fixed the problem. This error also showed up when prerendering, so it was easy to find the corrupted frame, cuz it stopped right there.

Hope it helps someone.

I had a similar error on a clip in AE which came up when I reached a particular point on playback. Taking a lead from NEEP I deleted individual layers in turn at that point until I eventually traced it to a small keyframed mask in an Adjustment Layer. I deleted that particular layer and it played back without any problem. Thank you NEEP.
