I can encode without problem in general.
Help please...this is for a very urgent project...
So folks.
Turns out AE or AME didn't like one transition on the timeline that came from Animation Composer. Strange as this transition had been used countless of times before in my other projects. Replacing it solved the issue.
Thanks for all your help.

Hi! Here's a thread with a few different solutions that worked for people. After Effects error: (-1610153453)
It doesn't look like you have any non-Latin characters in your path name. I'm guessing the I/O issue of reading & writing to one drive.

Thank you very much I will try all those solutions. Exporting to the same or another drive doesn't make a difference.

In After Effects :
Edit - Purge - All Memory and Disk Cache
In Media Encoder :

Cleared all cache and databases. Tried to export on different drives in different folders. Rebooted machine. No luck. Still fails with the same error at the exact same time.

try to manually delete the Temps in AppData - Local - Temp
there is something stuck in the media cache and preview files, it should be somewhere ...

Good.. but i don't think animation composer is the issue, there is something
stuck in the cache and previews ... try to manually delete those temps as stated
and try with this same transition later when you have time, then let us know what happens ...

I did all the cache clearing and the problem was the same. I did get an error in AE right on the frame that made AME fail that the GPU could not handle the specific frame. But even encoding with software in AME failed. Strange.

try that same effect on a fresh layer in a fresh new project, if it works normally, then
the issue is with your current project structure, maybe after rendering and exporting
over and over, it happens ...

I had the same error. None of the solutions offered in the different threads about this topic worked for me. What eventually solved it was replacing Gaussian Blur on some layers with Fast Box Blur.
