AME not connecting to Dynamic Link Server

Hi there,

I've been having a similar issue to other people where my Media Encoder never connects to the Dynamic Link Server. I'm using it to render out After Effects comps.

I've tried other suggestions from the forums but nothing is working unfortunately.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Adobe After Effects Version 17.1.1

Adobe Media Encoder Version 14.3

Would  you try to turn off the setting of Firewall?

Sorry for your issue.

I agree with what ToolfarmJP suggested. Firewall and antiviruses blocks the Dynamic Link in some cases. Did you try the suggestion?
