There are a few different techniques that are used in creating this animation like Trim Paths, Position animation, and Wipe. I've attached YouTube tutorials that'll help you to recreate this.

Most of these effects are already available in the free animation presets folder. Just look inside here. You just need to drag and drop these onto your text and then adjust the keyframes to suit 🙂
