Apple QuickTime cannot Play .mov

Hello everybody, I made my first composition on AE. when I extracted it and converted it to a .mov my QuickTime said that there are files that cannot be read. When I extracted the file as h264 (mp4) it was almost nice, but the pictures were not there anymore. Just some crazy color. Is there anybody who could help me? Thanks a lot.

Which do you use, Mac or Windows? If you use Windows system, would you try to add this below?

Ok but, what codec? Animation codec? Try with DNxHR/DNxHD, or Apple ProRes, or CineForm. Show us your video with H.264 or tell us more detailed info.
