Audio problem

Hello,

I have exported the attached file from after effects.

I can here the sound if I run this video on desktop, but the problem is, the audio of this file is not audible on most of the mobile devices.

Attaching herewith exported file.

Check on your mobile devices.

Please help me out!

Tried it on my iPhone 7 and it sounds great. The AAC format is perfectly compatible with any modern device so I don't understand what the issue is or why it is happening on yours.

Thnx for the response..

Can u share it with someone who is having android phone. Samsung, Redmi are
not giving audio.
Surprising thing is if I upload this video on YouTube still the problem
remains same

Try setting in audio mono with 2 channels. Perhaps is in stereo (2 channels) but with just 1 functional channel, left or right.

Can you please do it, check and send it back to me? It is not at all working with most of the devices.
