Blurry Graphics Made In After Effects

I've got a situation, I'm sure its an easy fix. I'm not the newest to after effects but I'm also not advanced.

I created a subscribe call out pop up thing. Even with the highest render settings "that I know of or assumed" my graphics still have a pixelated look to them. I'm sure there must be a way around it and I'm very very confused. I'll include pictures. I've tried looking it up. My problem is I'm not even importing. The graphics are straight out of after effects itself. There not huge boxes or even huge text I don't think.

The images I included are an example of mine in after effects, a fullscreen rendered video screenshot and an example of how crisp I'd expect something from after effects to look and I'd like to be that crisp and not so pixelated. Any help is appreciated. C2.PNGC3.PNGC1.PNG
