Cache not letting me preview

Hi guys, I seem to be having a problem previewing my work.  I nhave cleared the cache and restarted after effects. The preview function works fine on another project but eveytime I want to preview my work on this project it gives me an error. Please help 😞

Fixed:  Turns out, after my recent after effects update the reserve RAM for other applications and for AE had reset. Fixed by increasing RAM memory for AE. whoop whoop

heyy!! how did you go to that? i mean how do you go to the RAM ive been searching everywhere. \sorry if i was confusing
