You cannot even use all combinations of cards in the NVidia driver itself to enable SLI, so the answer is most likely no. Either way, impossible to say much beyond since you haven't even bothered to provide the exact models nor explained what you actually hope to achieve here or would need such a setup for. That said, even if they link, this would do nothing in AE. Its GPU usage is severely limited and doesn't even max out a single card most of the time. That and of course at worst AE and Premie
