Can my intel HD graphics 620 run Ae?

I have a Dell inspiron 5567 and I wanted to start ussing Ae and Premiere, for doing so I was going to buy an SSD but first I wanted to know if my video card can works with this programs.

I have left a screnshot below so you can see the specifications!

It will "run" AE, it just won't be much fun and a lot of hardware acceleration stuff won't work or at least not work correctly most likely.
