Oh my god i have so much headache - out of nowhere After Effects start moving effects in "Effects Window" BY ONE...

10 years of working and all of a sudden you can't move multiple items at once? When i select with CMD/CTRL/SHIFT from Top to Bottom / Bottom to Top ANYHOW it wont move all the items at once.
Please tell me this is some kind of joke...
It's starts maybe one month ago and i hoped the update will fix this but NOPE - (my current version is up to date 17.0.5, Windows 10)
I want to select and move my effects at once like 10 years before!
