I have this MOGRT file, and I wanna change animation of text, It's Original for Left to Right If I use it in Premiere Pro. I want to make it works wit Arabic Title, which it from Right to Left

Where did you obtain this MoGRT from? It's always better and usually faster to get the original author to help you out.

BTW, I've set an insanely low price for my AE and PPro titling tool, typeGEMs V2. It's only US$2 for a limited time. It does RTL text (for single lined text and when inertial bounce is not enabled). It should help you create lots of text animations quickly and easily.

Is it hard to learn how to reverse the animation?

AE's Type Tool is very powerful but also very difficult to master. One of the biggest issue is there being more than one way to accomplish a specific effect. And this confuses even those who think they've mastered the Type Tool. I think fewer than 5% of AE users have mastered the Type Tool. This is why myself and others have developed a more user-friendly interface to use with the Type Tool. Even then, our tools will not be able to accomplish everything that the Type Tool is able to accomplish. Having said this, these tools should provide solutions to the vast majority of text animation requirements, for most corporate/branding videos.
