Comment faire des clickables et dragables sur une animation graphique

Bonjour je ne sais pas avec quel logiciel réaliser ceci ?

est-ce que After effect peut le faire je ne crois pas

Ce n'est pas une vidéo, mais une animation avec des motifs clickable et qui pourrait etre aussi dragable, sur un écran tactile   -   ( android ou windows ou IPAD...)  

Qui a une idée ?

This is an image with green gras and a tennis ball. At some timestep, it's only gras. This can be an app, there you touch on the ball to trigger the image switch, this can also be an video. If it's a video, you'll need an special player without any UI.

For the live-show, I rather think it's an app - however, if you watch the hair-blow-trick, it's clear they also work with video, too.

You can use AE so create such a video content, but you cannot create an app.

Check out the UI/UX apps, but I'm not sure if Adobe offers the right solution:

Have a look at Unity and Playmaker plugin. It's pretty easy to create mobile app and add interaction.
