Common Problems which should be fixed very soon in AE and ME as well as in all other versions!

- Media Encoder crashes in various situations, especially when rendering large files like 360 video movs

- AE needs h264 MP4 Rendering finally! Because Media Encoder is so unstable in running in different situations the much more stable AE render engine needs mp4 rendering! Please fix that once and forever!!!

- Please feel free community to add your professional needs into this list so we all can work more stable on our projects!

That's not really useful without any info about your system, settings and general workflows. You need to be much more specific. Nobody is denying that AE has serious problems in several departments, but just pointing at "various situations" is really nothing any developer can work with.
