Hi guys, I am an After effects beginner .

I would like to know if  there is an option in After Effects similiar to the "content aware scale" in photoshop?

Basically what I wanted to achieve is to extend the sky in my video to fit the entire composition width

To make it clear, I need the video equivalent  of  the feature explained in the link below

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

It doesn't work that way. You have to use content aware fill or traditional techniques to fill in teh blanks, but that requires a different preparation. Please start by reading the online help. No point in trying to transplant workflows from other programs and then getting frustrated because things work completely differently.
