hi, i am having issues creating key frames.I have watched some videos which says i should use the PGUP/DOWN. However , this does not seem to be working.

Page Up/Page Down moves the Current Time Indicator (CTI) forward/back one frame. The CTI determines which frame is viewed in the Comp Panel.
I suggest you use AE's Help Menu to select the TWO available links for approved tutorials.
