How to crop multiple layers into one layer or How to merge multiple layers into one layer ???

Basic skill: Pre-compose to group layers, add a mask to crop. Please open up the Learn workspace and spend 20 minutes learning the UI and basic principals. Then spend s a couple of hours with the User Guide. You'll never get anywhere just poking around in the UI and hoping to figure it out.

Yes.  Precompose.  Basic stuff covered in the welcom tutorials that are offered to you when you fire up After Effects.  Also available through the link Rick provided.
