Digital artifact Lumetri RGB Curves

I opened a project I completed last month and now see digital artifacts on a layer that is a jpg. I have an adjustment layer above the photo with a Fast Box Blur and a Lumetri Color RGB curve slightly to the right from the center of the curve. Turning off the effects individually affect the digital artifacts, but none of the

Start by checking your hardware acceleration options. There is also an issue processing JPEGs on Macs due to some weird bug, so convert the image to a different format if that's the case.
