Dynamic Link is broken

I recently got a new computer (specs below) and downloaded the newest versions of After Effects and Media Encoder. The first time I rendered I was met with an error "could not connect to project" and searched for various fixes but none of them work, so I started rendering in after effects. I have come across a new issue, however, which is that I cannot use 3D camera tracker, "unable to open dynamiclink project".

Here are my computer specs :
16GB RAM
NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060 SUPER
Intel 15-9400 @ 2.90 GHz
