Element 3D 2.2.2 crashing when trying to open Scene Setup

Title explains it all, It  will not open the window and AE crashes, no error message nothing. Help?

What graphic card are you using? In this case, are you using the latest driver version? Probably, the first thing you need to do is to update your graphic card controller.

I agree with Jose that it sounds like a GPU issue.

What OS are you using?  Is it fully up to date?

Which GPU? Are the drivers for the GPU up to date?

Has it worked for you in the past, or is this the first time you've tried?

What is the resolution of your comp, and the solid you're applying Element to?  Try it with a realtively low res comp and solid, say 960x540 pixels, just to test if it works at lower resolutions, which might indicate a GPU memory issue.
