Element 3d Troubles

Two of my friends can't have element 3d plugin into their computer. i really don't know how to help them have some of you encountered this situation and solved it ? answers will be very much appreciated

thank you for your response, i meant the element plug-in, they both use use after effects, and element 3d doesn't work for their computer. i just thought if someone with the same experience might help us, if we reach out for others with different program i think that will be a little messed up so i went here instead.
