Exported file from AE cannot view on iPhone

Hello

I'll have to admit I'm new to After Effects, BUT I have an issue, basically when I create a small video and I do an export I cannot view this file on my iPhone.

It does open on my Mac, but on iPhone I cannot do anything with it.

The export I do with the following settings

Format: QuickTime

Format Options: Video Code: Apple ProRes 422

I've tried as well with other video codecs, but with some settings it just exports me a red color and that is it. And some things QuickTime doesn't even want to play.

Anyone have any idea, how to solve the issue and how can I my exported video view on my iPhone.
