I have two duplicate extensions I need to delete, does anyone know how I can do this? I am runinning a PC.

You simply dig into the respective folders and delete them. Nothing magic about it. since you haven't provided any system info or explianed what you're actualyl having issues with, nobody can advise more specifically.
