Getting my Videos

So my Adobe plan expired and I cant pay for more just yet but I want one of my videos I made exported but the only way for me to open it is through After Effects but once I open AE it makes me choose what plan I want to buy and I cant access the video. If you no a solution to work around this it would be greatly appreaciated, thank you.

There is no solution other than licensing AE. That's the whole point. AE projects are proprietary and no other program on the planet can open them.
